Nice App

Update:
Ok, well they added the ability to add vocab to your word bank, and I guess thats a step in the right direction, but you still cant study your wordbank or flash cards in the iOS app! Cant believe theyre taking so long to figure out a way to allow you to study flash cards on in the app... The flash cards are an essential part of this learning system, but completely useless to me if I have to use a computer to access them. Come on innovative, get it together!

Been using Japanese pod 101 for a few years and this app really makes it SO MUCH easier to access the material. Great stuff too. However, Im going to have to give it 3 stars for now until they resolve a few issues.

1) the app is still super buggy. Crashes all the time when you play videos. Also, both video and audio still have lots of problems with the player. Often you can stop the audio, you have to quit the app to make it stop. And if you do that, you loose your spot. So they need to tweak some stuff.

2) The app REALLY needs to include the flashcards and word bank. They are essential to supplement the lessons, but very difficult to access on my phone through safari (and they are impossible to access when Im offline, on the subway).

Once these things get hammered out, Ill be happy to update my review.
